Flame Design
My apologies JHrobbin, but I think you may want to sketch out a few more ideas for this one. There are various fonts and photoshop-like effects, but I don't feel the makings of a strong logo.
It might help to design in Black and White and focus on shapes and emotional attributes first and worry about the colors/effects after.
If you decide to use a tag line, make sure the size contrast is signifant from the name. Try not to use so many lines - this cause the eye to wonder everywhere but where they should!
Do not use dark drop shadows, bevels, etc.. with dark fonts-it makes them looking blurry and difficult to read.
Try to integrate the paint brush in a different way. The large brush and text within can be restricting and does not distribute the importance of graphic element vs text very evenly.
I hope this helps,
Grease
