Your logo says "right targeted"
I'm not sure what you mean by this.
The logo in the center looks a bit weird. You might want to try and add it to the left instead.
Also, the esateround.com font should be more pronounced than anything else, and right now it doesn't stand out to me as much.
Good first attempt.

I agree with technica - your logo should be aligned to the left. The red colour in your logo is not blending in with the site redish colour. I would go with the site red colour as its nicer.

also you are using TOO MANY colours and too many font styles in your logo.. cut them down to 2 colours and 1 or 2 fonts only. cant see the point of the (right targetted) and the arrow pointing to the rounded image.

Hey great website. I like the layout the only 2 things I would change if the main menu links in the red bar at the top of the page are difficult to read even with my contacts in. And the pages in the main menu I would do the same thing. You have alot of older people now starting their search for real estate on the net to and if they can't read whats on your site they will go somewhere else.
