Monster.com has the umm... Monster.

So what is wrong with business sites having a "mascot"?

Personally I think it makes businesses look more friendly and inviting...

I think they are a good looking logo. People will remember this as a trade mark. Nice work. I like this logo better than the one you have on your site now. Adding your address helps, in my opinion. Again nice work.
