so so.
I don't like the email, the shining gold, the strangely scaled image.
I would recommand to come with something else.
2/10
Best regards, S.

site did not come up.

HotelClubWorld.com looks better than all small letters.

The banner is to long. Should not have to scroll to the right cause of the size of your banner. Make it smaller, width wise, so that one does not have to scroll to the right.

There is often confusion as to what constitutes a logo and what is simply a background banner.

Your "logo" - such as it is - is really nothing more than your domain name in white Arial bold/italic. There's nothing memorable or marketable in the design. You should work on ideas as to how to transform the word itself into something visually enticing and "catchy". Or create an accompanying icon to place aside the domain name.

a logo should be more creative, artistic..or VERY simple and memorable. something your visitor will associate you with and become a sticky in your mind... the coloures used are not the best to use either..not many people like the golden/brown coloures.. go for more favourable colours ;)

To be honest with you, the logo and site look pretty amateur. Try simplifying the look.
