You will have problems using drop shadow (and tones generally) in logo - it will not reproduce well in all situations. Also you need to consider the colors used. Are you aiming for 4 color process to achieve the result in print? Expensive for an unspectacular use of color.

It does look very much like clip-art and for me it would be the baker's products that were important, rather than the baker himself. The font is a tad fussy and isn't as instantly readable as a sans face.

But it's above the average...

I think it looks great. No doubt about it, the logo says what the site is all about.

The logo looks decent...I'm just not too sure about that font...it doesn't match the theme to me.
