hey

i think it a decent draft.

i might consider losing the blue stripe/line that goes through the FREEWARE text.

question: what are you selling? it looks by the second image like you are selling glasses (reading or sunglasses?)

either way, i think the second image might be appropriate if you are indeed selling glasses of some kind but even so, the image looks a bit rough... maybe you could try and smooth out the edges of the glasses

Do both pics go together?

Lose the line in the word freeware. I do not think it goes with the rest of the logo.
