I was wondering whether anyone could take a look at www.cheapestdomainnames.info and give me some feedback. I tried to make logo as simple as possible:)

It's a bit heavy on Adwords. Do you mean the cogs? If so what has it to do with your business? Why is the favicon different?
It doesn't work running he cogs behind the text - just makes it hard to read.

Well, I thought it was a symbolic thing, like technology, Internet..Ok, I was wrong:)
Favicon.ico is from my previous design:) I am working on a new one:) And I will rethink all those ads...
It seems like a lot of work needs to be done:)

Where is the logo? I did not see anything that looked like a logo.

With a long name like that my first suggestion would be to break it up a bit. Try to stack your works, color the middle word, vary the emphasis, and so on. Your goal should be to compliment the name as much as possible. Your graphic element should support this function, not take away from it.

I thought your "logo" was the your name in black text above. I had to check the site a second time to see the actual logo. The logo is nice, but it's subservient to a redundant text version. Get rid of the text.
