The logo itself isn't suiting to your website and has a fairly formal look, if not a bit dated. Both colours are too bright, I would try and make them a bit darker. Add some light shading/shadowing to stop it looking so bland.

I would personally come up with something more relevant to the topic of the website and maybe introduce a graphic element to the logo and make it more interesting. Why have you singled out the W in the logo with the diamond shape?

Looks cutesee in a sort of way.

How about having capital letters for the first letter of each word in your site address?

What's the point of putting your URL under the logo? If the visitor sees that doesn't it mean that he’s already on the site? How about something that will give them a better idea what the site is about. WH&S in nothing but hard-to-pronounce combination of consonants.
