Reminds me of the old Chrysler logo. Not sure you're getting an identity of Home Loans across on first impression.

I agree. You're probably going to have to go in a different direction if you want to stand out...

The font choice is a bit too conventional as well... it's always tough to get a good, original logo, and when you're in a completely saturated market like lending and homes, it's even harder... good luck!

I do not think it goes well with your site. You see this design on other sites.

Default Have you tried...

Have you tried rotating them so they are 3 houses, which would go with a loan site a little better? I think the rest of the people here (as I did about the first 3 times) missed that it was 3 houses (homes) in the logo. Even if the top one were just right side up instead of upside down could make it easier to notice.

Brian.

Have you loged onto his site? If you did the logo is at the top left hand corner, has 3 houses/home plates. Different colors. Yellow, blue and red.

Default This is all I see

I go to: http://www.homeofloan.com/

I don't see any graphics or logos on the page. There is a google Ad banner on the top, some green horizontal bars (Sponsored Links, Loan Consultant, etc.), and a teal bar with a text box and a Google Search button.

Not very creative. I dont think the intention was to make them houses but i agree that they should be made to look like houses. Would look a lot better then. The green home of loan text doesnt work with the rest of the logo either and it's too close.

Default This is very strange

I see the logo when I click the link to it, but not on the web page (yes I tried pushing refresh, I haven't tried clearing the cache yet). However, I opened the page on my office computer and did see the logo!

I tried to "view source", and I don't even see logo1.gif in the html. I'll try cutting and pasting the source in a separate post.

Default PS

I would also like the logo better if you made the shapes more like houses. Right now they look like pentagons. I would like to see three "Monopoly" style houses.

Cheers,
Andrew

Pentagons? The uneven spacing between those makes me quite uneasy. So what exactly led you in that direction? How does it spell HOME or LOAN?

Default not displaying

Has anyone else had the problem of the logo not displaying, that is mentioned above? I wonder what the issue is.

Logo loads fine on my part. Never had any problems with it loading. Trying hitting refresh and see what happens.

Yes, pushed refresh, cleared the cache, tried in both Netscape and IE. It works fine on my other computer. Very strange.
