I like how colorful it smoothness. Although, I would make it about 25% smaller; the size of the logo doesn't fit w/ the small fonts.

I don't think the logo itself is too big.. just your "sub-header" font is too small. I think the overall logo is very nice... simple, easy to read and understand.

hey man...

it looks pretty good.

i would consider doing something to bulk up the font a bit...

also, to my eyes, the diff colors used in the adsense letters are a bit distracting. my eyes keep jumping to the last letter (e)... its prob because the orange grabs the eye more than the blue and red does. if you agree at all, you could try to fix that by somehow emphasizing the 'a' in adsense so that it keeps the eyes from jumping to the end.

perhaps capitalizing the 'a' would do it.

i think it would be really cool if the 's' in adsense could be capitalized too, but i guess that's not the proper representation of the word.. but if it was you could try doing something like this:
