I like the fonts used in your logo but I think you should consider the logo size as it has a more banner look than a logo look.

Hi,
I picture a basket below "Company" with the handle spanning up behind (and a little to the right of) the word. It could hang over the borders of the box. Then shrink the box horizontally to fit (there is too much white space right now) and take the phone # out of the box.
