I am assuming that you mean this :

(copy the whole url including 'images/subbanners4.jpg' and enclose in the 'img' tags)

Are you looking for 'logo' suggestions/input, or 'banner'?
Do you want to make it more 'yours', with just the AMS part included? That would help us to give relevant feedback.
