Default Nectar Marketing

Hi Folks,

I am considering redoing our current logo

I was thinking of something more minimalist - maybe just straight font.

Do any of you like this logo concept?

Any type of feedback appreciated.

Thanks

I like the 2nd one on the page... I would suggest maybe doing it in a different Font.. course I'm not one to talk about using fonts :)

Thanks JP, I agree. I am definately for the less is more strategy.

I'll try some other fonts and put up any suggestions people may think would work well.

Default Flame Design

I would really like to see a visual with this logo. Text alone will not have a very strong impact and has little brand recognition value. Seeing that you are offering marketing services, I certainly would not take your logo design lightly. To test the impact of your brand image, replace your text with other words. If it still resembles your company then you know your on the right track, if it doesn't you need to hit the sketch pad :)

Take Care,

Grease

Default nectar marketing

I'm completely in the dark about what the nectar-esque ball of light in the existing logo represents or does..

If you use an illustrative approach, the "nectar" has to be dynamic.. maybe spell the word with a surf-like wave of golden goodness..

the bottom one is VERY confusing, the long ascender on the the "N" reads as an "M" so as to give the impression of "mectar marketing".

WHAT do you market? Nectar? to whom..? Bees, wasps? flowers who are nectar-deficient? Very ill-considered concept which needs a LOT of thought to turn it into a brand...
