Im not quite sure what you are asking... When you say does the banner "work" do you mean, does it work visually.. or are you wondering if the banner loads correctly and that sort of thing...

Im just a bit confused.

I'm not sure what you're asking either but I'll address the banner overall.

I'm not sure what the hand is holding - is that a flashlight? a lit ball? a globe? That's a strange graphic so I'd recommend replacing that with something business-related.

There's too much going on in regard to font styles when you look at the banner and your web page. You need to pick one or two font styles to use as title headers throughout. And go easy on the italicized font styles....
