Clearly representational logo, but to place it beneath the fold of most screens might be viewed as a mistake. Scrolling takes effort. I'm not sure you want your site visitor to work to be reminded about where they are.

I would put the graphic probably in the top left hand side of the page. Why put it below your menu?
