Nice graphic but it seems too dominant. I think you can balance your logo better by reducing the graphic.

The kerning (letter spacing) leaves a lot to be desired! :)

Default Hmm

Look's like it needs something..

How about different font's and cleaning up the shadows behind the title.

The globe does not seem to fit this idea. Try one with Water and land maybe? Has too many shines on it.

I would put a shadow behind the globe.

Push the globe to the left or at least make the margin the same on the left and right.

If you're ever thinking of printing this, shadows can cause untold problems and inconsistency across different media.

Nike, Adidas, Macdonalds, CNN... Shadows? Nope! :)

Also, reducing the complexity of a logo makes it stand out more (and stand the test of time! :)

Default Where's the logo?

This looks like you put separate elements that you'd like to incorporate into your logo. Don't call this a logo just yet.

I'll go on a limb here assuming that you did not design the globe. Make sure you have a rights to use it in your "future logo"; otherwise you're opening yourself to potential litigations.
