the logo and maybe the whole website (design and content). Is that the real perfect Logo or it needs impovements? How would you do that?

Hello,
Your logo has a very professional sense and over all look, but I think you should use a more larger font for the URL under the logo shape, because if you resized the logo to smaller shape, the url will not be readable.
