IMHO the logo looks great I would just loose some of the empty space to the left.

If you loose the eliptical stroke going form the bottom of the e to the outside right of the logo... It would bring it together really nice.

I agree. Get rid of that loop and the logo will look a little more professional and crisp. Very nice otherwise.

I sure hope you have a reason for using black background and it is not intended for web...

Otherwise it's a good start. So far too many style voices. Needs a lot of cleaning. If you insists on that swoosh, make it more pronounced. The thin lines will disappear if you reduce logo's size.

Someone took a bite out of your red E at the bottom...

Black line through TILKI creates too many details that add unnecessary noise. Need cleaning.

I don't know about Cairo, but here in US word "eBusiness" is so 1995...
