Hm... this isn't really a logo... More like a banner ad...

The text is very inconsistent in the width and boldness of the characters though. It looks almost like a ransom note with all the different font faces put together. I'd choose a cleaner and more consistent typeface.

I agree with Derek, this is a web banner, not a logo. The font in too squished and jagged - find something more interesting. Make sure you format the logo image so that the text is clear and crisp on the web.

I agree with both of the posters. It does not look crisp at all.

Also, the photo doesn't really catch my eye. You might want to try making the photo longer (not stretching it but cropping it differently, or better yet use a different photo), because there is a lot of wasted black space that could be used.
