Default Good use of symbols

Hi There,

This is a very interesting logo. It incorporates two symbols of genetic mapping and does so artistically.

I do think that you should punch up the blue that you are using. It is slightly faded against the dark grey background. Go brighter to create a stronger contrast.

excellent start.

Hi jkomp

My first question is 'why is it at the bottom of your site?'

Westerners read left to right from the top down so it should really be top left - the first thing a potential customer will see!

Mark :)

I agree with Eagle Imagery. Nice logo -- show it off! :)

mgillis made a good positive point too, about the blue. The contrast between the two colors make it difficult to grasp. I'm just wondering if the edges could be sharpened a tad...

Just curious what graphic software you're using?

Nice site...

Well the logo was integrated late in the development so it went where it would fit :s

About software, designed on the weekend where my office computers all crashed - has to use back comps, which meant having to use ulead photoimpact. Not a bad job considering the £20 software heh?

The logo looks OK . . .I would suggest a lower case letter "i" as opposed to the upper case "i", it would be a clean balance.

On the web site, the logo needs some clean-up around the edges; there's a great deal of white showing.
