I'm concerned about the possibility of your being sued, because it appears that you are using the James Hardie logo in your own. Obviously, they're not going to be too happy with you anyway, so I don't think you should be giving them any ammunition to shut you down (I'm assuming that the JH in the green box is their logo, although I'm not familiar with this company at all).

Honestly speaking, I am sorry but I don't know how to review your logo. Anyway your logo gives me a feeling of newness, personally.

i have to be honest-

looks like a pop-up ad. your colors need to be ALOT clearer, it needs to be alot less crowded, ect.
