You didn't say exactly what kind of feedback you are looking for, so I am assuming you are trying to pick a logo and tag line. Knowing your product and customer would certainly be helpful.
LOGO:
The apple is nice, but doesn't say technology to me. It does say keep the doctor away, which is likely to make patients happy and doctors annoyed.
The circles are probably my favorite, but the HS is counter-productive. Your name is already there so you just dilute it's value by using initials. What else could go there? Maybe the product or dirivative thereof, a medical symbol, or a benefit of using the product. It would speed cognition and increase interest to make the word health one of the lighter greens from the rings.
Circle with the leafy shape is interesting, but unless the shape directly relates to your product, it is meaningless so people have to try and figure it out. Is it a crack in old asphalt, a time space portal, flower, etc.? Since there is no answer they will be frusterated and unconciously put up barriers to understanding your product. Using that serif font is anti-technology, which may make your product a bit more approachable to people who think it is more techincal than they can handle easily, but since you're selling technology it is not best to weaken any perceived strength.
The wings that are in the diamond shape have a nice color combination but it's not especially original so will have little impact.
TAGLINE:
Healthcare has had technology for ages, perhaps you have a new techology, but this line doesn't say that. Perhaps a blend of the lines would be closer to where you want to be. Something like 'Doctor Recommended _______ Technology' (with two m's) with the blank, of course, being your new type of technology (Imaging, Documentation, Screening, Accounting, etc.).

Hey vladiman,
Cool logos, like the color patterns you picked. If you are going to use them for medical use and think the middle on the left and the buttom right are the ones to go. I wasnt really thinking to much of medical when I saw the apple. But overall, cool looking logos

And we have a verdict...!
The client has chosen...
it's the encircled HS... one of my least favorites.
Goes to show that clients are very unpredictable...

Interesting. Before I saw that you're client had chosen I was about to pick the same one.
The words really stand out on the tag line.
Also, the can use the logo seperately without the words and it will still link back because of the letters HS.
All were nice logo's though.
