Your logo looks fine but it doesn't symbolize "fitness". According to the credibility of your logo, including a symbol symbolizing "fitness" is very useful. Imagine you can not read. Your message would still be understandable. Also its appearance would be more comprehensive.

I agree with Vera. The logo looks fine but doesn't symbolize "fitness". Just a suggestion, maybe you can tweak the "H" a little bit, apply a different color to it and make it resemble a dumbbell.
About the site, the texts are too small and hardly readable. But the layout is good and well-organized. In the info.htm page, adding some images may break down the monotony of too many texts.
