Wow, that is really colorful! And dazzlingly brilliant. In the memorablity category, this has to score very high. I couldn't guess what the symbol above PLATINUM meant until I read the blurb at the bottom of the ad. It was then that I interpreted it to be a fast forward button.

If I hadn't read your introduction to the piece, I would have strained to read PLATINUM. The obscuring nature of the intense sparkle on the I and the N required me to scrutinize far longer than was pleasant to discern the word as a whole. Just as a personal preference, I'd tone down the sparkle. If the word is to be read, one shouldn't have to strain to read it.

I guess it would make more sense in context, but isn't the inclusion of the word "skateboard" somewhat aside of the name you suggested in your intro. To make it abundantly clear that it's a distribution company, shouldn't DISTRIBUTION be the word under PLATINUM?

The more I look at it, the more angry it looks. Maybe it's all that yellow and the 45 degree tilt. I feel as though I've been beaten over the head with a steal post and my brains, along with most of three pints of blood have spilled out onto your canvas.

Okay, I don't really like it. That's my opinion, for whatever it's worth. If you hadn't asked, I wouldn't have told.

Really sparkling bright!

I think it looks more like diamonds than platinum?..
How about trying out a little more nickel/ quicksilver-like shine? And maybe a little less bright flare?

Maybe it would be better with a less tilted layout? Maybe 30 degrees or so? I tilt my head to read on the covers..

It looks very exclusive!
