Is the logo for web only? or is it for different media types? I.E. print, embroidery, etc...

I think the overall design is good... although there may be too many colors to make it feaseable to print. Unless you only printed in Black & White. Have you played with a flat version of it without the gradients?

I think the graphic is attractive, but could be more effective as a logo with less elements. Count each invidual object and then slash or combine half of the least crucial elements. Do this once more and you should be all set!
