The logo is nice but bear in mind that one day you may want or need to get the logo printed on stationery etc. Gradients and shadows look fine on the web but are expensive to reproduce and maintaining consistency across different media is difficult.

Also, did you design the logo at print resolution (300dpi) - or even better in vector format? You'll need that for professional print output.
