The site is very nicely done, both design-wise and as far as overall functionality is concerned. There was a serious problem with your ASP/server connectivity for subscribing to the newsletter when I tried to use it. But none of that has anything to do with your logo. IMO, it's way too hard to read. The logical thing to do, especially if you want to echo the 4 (four) concept through it, is to break the word "prosperity" up into it's three syllables. There'd be four boxes: *pros* *per* *ity* *4*
As it is, there are five boxes. Granted, four are of alternatingly different colors than the one containing the four (4), but the balance is all off. As it is, it confuses the eye. Do we look at the word and ignore the boxes, or do we see the boxes with an illogical smattering of letters and try to take in the whole as a second thought? Hmmmm? Intelligiblity is crucial. IMO, your bug needs to do the "tighten up."
