Your artwork is interesting, but as a logo, way too complex. I recommend no more than three seperate graphic elements, preferrably one. I can count over 50. Keep in mind, the more simple a logo is, the easier it is to remember - as long as it is unique. Try to avoid using clipart - it will take a hit at your credibility. I would also consider scaling your color palette to 4 or less.

Take Care,
Grease

I agree with Grease, your work is amazing I liked the concept very much, but does not go for it to be a logo. Try designing your logo to be simple n clear and catchy enough.

Good Luck!

In my opinion most great logos merge 2 graphic elements or concepts. As already stated -- elements of yours look great -- but it's too much for a logo. Also a logo should make a very quick and concise statement (of some kind -- any kind) about your company. The viewer should be able to take it all in at a glance. Personally I like very simple logos that provoke thought.
