Hi.
Well, I just designed an animated banner for my genealogy research company. I am thinking about using the middle part of the banner as my company logo. At this time we don't have an actual logo on the site. I know that's very bad. I'm trying to fix that. So, I'm going to post the banner image here. I'm interested in using Ancestral Branches with the tree graphic in the middle. Would that be good enough? Oh, here's a description of the company: With over 25 years of cumulative experience researching lineages, Ancestral Branches has the skills and knowledge necessary in order to find and accurately document the lives of your ancestors. Thank you.

There's nothing wrong with using it, but it is pretty common. That tree is used with many genealogical sites (I even have it as the background & title on one of my old ones). I stopped using it because of how common it was.
I'd suggest seeing if you can come up with something a little more unique, that will make you stand out from the crowd. But if you do still use it, maybe anchoring the text to it more, instead of floating each side. Good luck!
