Cute, but I think I've seen this logo before. A street painter in New York has the exact same style. To increase your credibility you may want to develop a unique, more simplified logo. This will also help people remember your site more easily. Try to avoid the long 'banner' shape. There is nothing wrong with stacked layouts.

I like the idea, but the text is too busy and colors make it difficult to read.

Communicate, communicate, communicate. The "elements" are right, but you need to simplify with a single "toy store" message.

Nice idea.. the theme of the design is good. Try if you can use some different and bright colors to make it more attractive and more readable.
