logo... not sure?

Would be grateful for any feedback on logo at www.sochoose.com. Is in two parts, Company name and square/4 box. Any views gratefully received.

Personally, I would have the boxes as the whole logo. I'd lose the flower, move the top left hand text to bottom right. Move the bottom right image to the left bottom. Then put your business name in the top left hand square. But I wouldnt use that font, it did nothing for me.

Logos are like people. What you see goes right to how we judge a person, or in the case of a logo, how we judge the company. Ask yourself if your logo says "trust me I am an expert in employee assistance." How do we know from the logo that you are in this business? And that we can believe you to be able to help us?

This is what the logo should say. We call logos which symbolize the company business (thereby saying they are an expert in this business) and do so with believability Credibility Based Logo Design.

The 4 square boxes look nice. My personal suggestion is if you can make them more meaningful and hyperlink to each part of your site, it might improve its usability.
