Sure Logos Response
Yes, there was a problem with this customer's order... The original logo that we designed for him was not what he had ordered.
Although the logo was completed and send to him in less than two days(we have a 3 to 7 day turnaround time normally), he chose to send a nasty email then make this posting instead of even letting us respond or make his order correctly.
This was my reply to the nasty email...

Hi Alex,
I understand your frustration with the logo design that you received. I would be upset if I did not receive what I ordered. I am disappointed that you chose to post your frustrations on Web Pro News without giving us a chance to correct our mistake or understanding the user agreement that you agreed to.
Revisions are a charge for people who change their mind after design or were not specific about their instructions. This mistake was the fault of SURELOGOS, we strongly agree with you. We are happy to correct any errors that we make, we just don’t do free revisions on our lower priced packages... We would never make a profit doing 10 hours worth of work on a $25 logo. This is a general rule for our company that is needed for us to stay lucrative, not to take the money and run from our customers... That is not good business. Our goal is to make our customers happy so that we get good feedback and repeat business.
Unfortunately we are human creators, so mistakes do happen on distant occasions.
I apologize for the inconvenience and for our negligence with your instructions. Your logo design will be completed as soon as possible and sent to you upon completion.
Thanks again, and feel free to contact me anytime.
Sincerely,
Phil Barnhart

We then designed two designs and sent them to him. He email us and said that he would take this posting off, but he hasn't done it yet.
We are not out to rip anyone off. We do need to stay in business! Maybe he should have spent the extra money with one of our high-end packages instead of the $24.95 package...
The main reason that we were on WebProNews is that we had some questions about
SEO and wanted our new site rated, not to get negative feedback!
Thanks for the comments, Janeth. It's refreshing to see there are some people out there that still has some common sense!
