Your logo seems suitable for your target audience. Well done. I might try to tweek the 'S' and scorpion a little so the 'S' is more legible.

Nice work! I liked the color and the font, but only thing I feel is try to use some different color or try out some different size for the scorpio as its getting too much into the text.

What you might want to do is apply a black outline of the scorpion, so when it crosses over the "S" there is some separation.
