It's a very aesthetically pleasing logo -- very nice, pretty, looks sharp and professional. Definately better than many other logos out there. Unfortunately it just doesn't really say anything -- not very interesting -- neither is the slogan.
Just my 2 cents.

Logo
Hey Thanks Gary for the positive feedback, I guess I can add a new slogan below the logo that says what the company is about.

You've got the right ingredients, except for the slogan (that needs some originality), you jsut have to tie them in together tighter. Add some snap to it if you know what I mean.

Slogan
I know what you mean, I was thinking something like Compare the best deals online, but I dont really like that one. But I need to come up with something that says that we are a price comparison engine, hey maybe I should just use that! A price comparison engine
Any ideas?

Flame Design
I like the simplicity of your logo. I have one little design suggestion. Shrink the fin just slightly and fit it between the H and K ascenders. This will tighten it up a bit for you. The outline is superfluous. If you delete this you may need a slight gradient shift as well. A colour match between the right letters and the fin would help.
A great slogan is original, and for the most part believable. For some businesses 'inspirational' will take the place of believable.
Good luck!

As always, Grease has excellent advice to give.
I have nothing to add other than I trust you aren't these kinds of "price sharks".... "where the salesmen get the real deals..."
Cheers,
Chris.

Over the weekend I came up with a new tag line.
Its going to be like this
Search. Compare. Buy
What do u think , I thinks its simple and straight to the point.

Flame Design
Make the shark the same color as the fin - either a gradient between the two, or a solid colour.
