Any feedback or opinions of the logo (found on the homepage http://www.aquacitydirect.com and the top-left corner of all pages if i recall correctly) would be gratefully received.

I think you need to ask yourself what it is you are trying to say with the logo -- something about the company? This logo is fine, but youcould just as well replace your company name with ANY other companies name and it would work just as well.

Just my 2 cents.

Thought I'd let you know the link within main body of yor message isnt functioning, there seems to be a comma after the address when clicked on.

Re the logo, Im not an expert but i think you need something to connect the logo with water aside from the 'aqua' in your name, something as simple as glistening water droplets rather than the current block style.
Take care of future plans when you mention 'mineral water' in your tag line it might isolate from your potential customers,what about the proposed premium soft drinks?
Instead of 'to your door', how about 'On Tap' though thinking about it with all the scandal over Cokes 'Dasani' being tap water might not be such a good idea.

I recommend add a more original element to your logo. Dick hit it right on the money - if your name was anything else, no one would recognize your company. This is standard test that many logo designers use to evaluate a design. Like it or not, most people are visual thinkers - if they cannot associate an image with your company you will be forgotten. With a great product like water, there are so many elements you could use - drop, slash, wave, ripple, etc...even a subtle shape and a unique fonttype could work wonders for you.
