Which one is better but most important - any criticism please?

Looks as though you've already chosen the one on the right. Good choice. The angle and stretched appearance of the star is more dynamic and gives a sense of action. The textual and graphic elements fill the oval much better. The word "websites" is barely distinguishable, especially on the horizontal lined background.

Your favicon is distinctive.

A credibility based logo communicates at one glance. Every content is easily perceptible. It is not easy to symbolize "Webdesign" and "cutting edge" to let everybody know in what business you are in and how effective your work is. So take care of your name. It supports your declaration about your expertise and therefore your credibility.
