The logo -- I like just as it is (which for me is really unusual).

However, from a marketing perspective the tagline is thought provoking -- not always a bad thing. But, I it took me a very long time to resolve any meaning there -- i.e. figure out the it's saying "we're a brick red co.". So, that's just an observation -- not sure if it's significant.

Just my 2 cents.

I think you are on the right track.
The 'shade of brick red' tagline really threw me off though. What does this mean? This line throws your logo off balance a bit. Your website's use of whitespace is very effective.
