Is eCommerce Sales Tax Dependent On The Server's Location?

Site No Longer Appear In Results For Top Keywords
I've been working on the "heat pump" site in my sig since July and was having some success with steadily increasing rankings for their main keywords. Until a few weeks ago when some of their main keywords completely dropped out of the search results (and they really should be in there somewhere!!??).

Decreasing Bounce Rate
I'm hoping for some clever ideas or suggestions. I have a page which ranks very well for what what it is intended to. It is an informational page that does not specifically attract visitors interested in the site it itself but the information the page contains. The page receives a lot of traffic but as expected, a very high bounce rate.

900% Drop In Traffic In One Day
On or about August 6th, our PR dropped from a 5 to a 3 and in Google Analytics, we went from an average(over the past 5 years) of 2,500 unique visitors per day to anywhere between 300 and 500 per day. Much to our dismay, it's stayed that way ever since.

In Need Of A New Host
I have a sensitive situation. My host has done a migration. In migrating my site 2 nights ago, my database is no longer working. I have been on the phone with them several times. Supposedly the problem was fixed (it wasn't).

How Many Ads Work Best?
I've just signed up for an affiliate program end of last month for my regional website. It's a site where visitors can post events that take place in New England. I currently have about a dozen affiliate ads that rotate - 4 ads show at a time.

Fraudulent Paypal Order?
I recently received an order payed with a paypal account. I'm not sure if it's fraudulent or not. Is there any way to find out? The reason I believe it's fraudulent is that it's from Indonesia. I've received a number of orders from there and they were all fraudulent.

No SERP Love
I have a site which has produced about 3,000 pieces of content in two years. Some original, some press releases, some including a little content with a link to a page elsewhere in the mainstream media. We had some pretty nice page one rankings for some longer tail keywords, but since summer, we've dropped off the Google SERP map.

Analytics on Another Website That Stole Our Content
Someone has copied an old version of one of our websites and so have our analytics code on there. Is there any way to stop this affecting our analytics results or do we just have to use a filter on our analytics results? Also, what's the best way to have this other website not use our code and content?

301 Redirect & Google Image Search
Does anyone have any experience with how long it takes for the 301 to take affect with regards to the 'Image Search' results? e.g. I redirected ni-photos.jmcwd.com to irishviews.com a few weeks ago, and in the normal 'web' search results all my pages are pretty much where they were before - but with the new domain name which is great.

One Website, Two Top Level Domains
In addition to a .co.uk domain we bought the domain for an .com domain, but for ease of maintenance/cost would like to have only one website. The hosting is with the already existing .co.uk website. We are after a method for user typing the .com address to be transfered to UK website without it being obvious (if possible no frames).

In Index, But Doesn't Show Up In Search
I have a new domain. Got some incoming links even from the beginning. The domain has been in the index from the beginning. But no matter what I search for, no hits comes up from the site, unless I search for a word on the page, with site:domain.com specified. Today I was able to get a hit (index page) when searching for domain.com. That's the first that's happened.

Multiple TLDs Redirects
I've searched here and googled and there seems to be a fair amount of conflicting advice. We've recently acquired a new client. They have two identical sites, with different TLDs - .com and .com.au. I am redesigning the site and moving to a new host and obv. want to sort out their current duplicate content issue (Google has indexed pages from both TLDs - more for one than the other and neither has substantial backlinks).
