Ah another weekend gone. They all seem to pass by so fast! Today it actually got above 20 degrees so it was a lot better than the zero we had last week. It might even get up to 40 at some point this week. This is actually one time I am looking forward to 40 degrees! I'm thinking being at home in pjs with a fire sounds good! :)
Our featured post today comes from carolslc. She has been doing SEO for her own site for 8 years, and has done pretty well. She still does great in Yahoo and MSN, but in Google she is gradually getting pushed off page 1. She wants to get into SEO a little more. Carol has some questions on social media, blogs, duplicate content and all the fun stuff to learn about in the beginning. Can you give her some advice? Click here!
As for the remaining posts, the first has a question about her RSS feed. The second ask about email marketing using Feedburner. The third needs some advice on having multiple domains with the same content.

 Adding Social Media To My SEO Game Plan
Okay, this is a little scary, I don't want to ask stupid questions, but I think (hope) that this thread would help others that may be in my position (SMO newbie?). I've been doing seo for my own site for 8 years, and I think I've done pretty well. I've done everything in the stickies for the basics of seo. I still do great in yahoo and msn, but in google I'm seeing my site gradually getting pushed off page 1. I'm keeping myself on page 1 with Adwords, but I need to up my game. I've also started building new sites for others, and want to make sure that I do the best I can to help them get traffic and good search results.
I think what I need is to delve into social media optimization. My hypothesis is that google is placing more emphasis on this and that is why I'm slipping. I also think it will help get my new sites I'm creating off the ground.
My sites are not technical...at all. I've got retail clothing, an attorney, a med spa, a non-profit research fund, an avionics manufacturer, all small, all new start-ups, brand-new web sites. Nobody has a blog.
I've been researching the social media stuff and it's overwhelming. I'm on LinkedIn and facebook, but utilizing this stuff for seo is making my head spin. So, hopefully I can get started slowly and build on it.

RSS Feed - XML file
I have this blog Healthy Diet Weight Loss, and on it is this rss feed button. Now when I click on the button, it comes up with this xml style page and on the top it says "This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below." I don't know what to do.
Apparently, the normal rss feed for my site should read Healthy Diet Weight Loss, but when I hover over the button, it displays Healthy Diet Weight Loss. Both urls display the same xml page, but not a nice rss feed.
I don't know what to do. Can anybody help?

Email Marketing using Feedburner
At present we use SugarCRM for our Email Marketing Campaigns. We also use our blog as a part of our Corporate Communication activity. Now I am thinking of using this Blog with Feedburner Email Subscription feature for updating subscribers with blog postings.
Can anybody share his / her experience in using Blog + Feedburner for Email Marketing? What are the pros and cons of this method as against normal email campaign marketing. With lot of thanks in advance for sharing your views.

Multiple Domains And Single Set of Content
So I just registered my domains, no site up and running yet. They follow this basic maning:
mygadgetsite.com
mygadgetsite.org
mygadgetsite.net
mygadgetsite.biz
mygadgetsite.info
mygadgetsite.us
I did this simply to protect the branding and make sure I have the name all wrapped up for my own use.
