WebProWorld Members,

Happy New Year! Did everyone get a nice break? I did of course. I pretty much held my niece from Tuesday until Saturday. Just can't get enough. :) Anyone do anything special for New Years? I can't believe it's 2009! It always takes a few days to get used to putting '09 on everything. Well, hope you have had a good Monday, on we go!

Our featured post today comes from chandrika. She recently imported some goods from China and when they arrived they were faulty. She says she has dealt with the company previously and they have sent her a faulty batch before. Now, she wants a refund and not to do further business with them. She was offered replacements, and she replied requesting a refund instead. Since then, she hasn't received anything from them. Are there any websites with advice on trade laws between China and UK? Click here!

As for the remaining posts, the first needs advice on selling domain. The second wants to know your blog's main source of traffic. The third is looking for Adwords Management Software.

Problem Importing Faulty Goods From China To UK

Problem Importing Faulty Goods From China To UK
I recently imported some goods from china, cost me about $1500, when they arrived they were faulty.

I have dealt with the company previously and they did once before send me a faulty batch, which at that time, I thought it could be a one off so I accepted replacements which were ok. So I thought it was just a one off, could happen to anyone.

But I just received another faulty batch and they want me to accept replacements, but I would like a refund and not to do further business with them.

After offering me replacements, I replied requesting a refund instread under the circumstances and since then have received no communication.

I paid via Paypal, thinking I had buyer protection, but have just discovered that only applies to items bought via ebay. I only paid half the amount via my paypal funds , the other half Paypal pulled via my credit card, who say they can deal with that part of it and do a chargeback.

I am working on Beer Goggle Hell and could really use some constructive input. Seems to be getting a decent amount of traffic, however the traffic doesn't seem to convert into comments, postings, or story submissions. Does anyone see anything immediatly wrong with it?

How Should I Respond?

I created a new thread since I think no one is looking at the older one I posted a quick reply on.

Anyway I just recently bought a domain name not to sell but was looking for names for my new company. I got an email from someone yesterday asking if I want to sell this name, although I haven't thought much about reselling. Now that's someone's asking for it, I am wondering how much should I quote for it. His email was something like this:

"Hello,
My name is **** *** and Im interested in buying your domain *** Are you are interested in selling it? If you are, do you have any idea how much you want for it? If you don't, let me know and I will make you an offer instead and we can take it from there.

Many thanks for your time"

Marketing Strategies Discussion Forum
Which are your Blog's main sources of traffic?

Would be interesting to know how bloggers get their traffic and through which sources. For example: 30% Organic; 10% directories; 20% through links in forums and comments on other blogs, etc, etc

So.... Which are your sources of traffic?

Also I am unable to have my blog hosted there due to stability issues....so there goes my idea about increasing traffic that way.

Google AdWords Discussion Forum
Adwords Management Software

Hi, I have recently taken over managing our own 2 major adwords campaigns.

Currently I am managing them thorugh the Adwords Google interface and a collection of my own little databases, text files and spreadsheets. Which is a pretty big job!

led me to wonder about Software which is built specifically to run Google Adwords campaigns.

I have searched it, and find quite a number but I am having difficulty making any kind of educated judgment on which may be good.
