Who's happy it's Friday?! I am mainly for one reason... it is actually going to be sunny and hot this weekend! As I have been telling you, it has rained on the weekends and been nice during the work week, for what seems like all summer long. Hopefully, I will be going to the lake. I might finally get a tan. Yay for me. I win. :)
Our featured post today comes from emergency_bg who has a company website for selling properties in Bulgaria with 3 domain names. 2 days ago the .com domain was doing great with many indexed pages in the first results of Google, but then the next day suddenly all indexed pages disappeared. Could this be a reason for having 3 sites with the same content? Click here if you know!
As for the remaining three posts, the first needs help optimizing overhead for databases. The second wants to know if alt text is as good as anchor text. And the third needs opinions on what language he should learn.

 Gone From Google
Please help me to sort out my problem. We have a company website for selling properties in Bulgaria with 3 domain names: Bulgarian properties for sale, Buy property in Bulgaria, and Property in Bulgaria.
When we started optimising with inbound links, we registered .bg domain everywhere, but as a result, .com domain started going up in G.
So we started then registering . com domain with link exchange partners.
2 days ago our .com domain was doing great with many indexed pages in the first results of Google, but then the next day suddenly all indexed pages disappeared.
Now we have the .bg domain indexed, about 10th page of G and the .com is gone.

Optimize Overhead For Database
Once awhile I will check using phpMyAdmin to check on individual database tables and find there are some overhead for some fields. So I will manual select them and click to optimize.
I find this method is a little troublesome as I have about 100 databases and going through one at a time to check if there are overhead and selecting them to optimize. This really takes up a lot of my time.
So I am wondering if there is a better method where I can do it automatically?

Is Alt Text As Good As Anchor Text?
Just a quicky! I've been reading a bit about the way Google treats internal linking and such. Most of the sites that I work with have the company logo as the link at the top of the page. This is fine, I add some decent alt/title text and leave it at that.
My question is... when an image is linked and has an alt and title tag in place do they act as anchor text? Do they swing as much weight as anchor text? Would i be better replacing the image for a textual link (i wouldnt be replacing the logo, just turning the link off and adding a text home link somewhere else high up in the code)?
