WebProWorld Members,
Hey guys! How'd your weekend go? My brother's wedding ended up perfect, good weather being the main thing. Also, my best friend had her baby, and she was also perfect. It ended up being a good weekend until I got sick. So, watch out because a stomach virus is going around, and it is no fun at all! Anyways, on with the update...
Our featured post today comes from ani, who has multiple domains pointing to same site. Ani's client bought two additional domain names related to their site.
Now Ani is pointing those additional domain names also to the main site. From the point of SEO, is it a negative thing to point domains like this? Click
here to read the details and see if you can help!
As for the remaining three post, the first is getting different results in Yahoo and Google. The second needs help with buying menus. And the third wants to know if he is good enough to SEO.

Multiple Domains Pointing To Same Site
I am doing web promotion work for my client's website. They have bought 2 additional domain name related to their site.
Now I am pointing those additional domain names also to the main site.
When we load any of the domain aliases the site doesnt get redirected but loads as if that is the actual url.
In Search engine the main site was indexed as well as the domain aliases. Later on the position of the domain aliases dropped.
I wish to know from the point of SEO is it a negative thing to point domains like this to the main site?
Would it be better if i create separate pages for each domain names & then link all the 3 sites internally?

Yahoo! Discussion Forum Yahoo Results Much Different Than Google
OK, before I start here, I understand that Google and Yahoo do things fundamentally different, but what will become clear to you soon, is that I don't really know what or why.
If you search "hot tubs" in Google, our site, Welcome to Beachcomber Hot Tubs, connecting family, friends, and loved ones in a Beachcomber Hot Tub. appears at the bottom of the first page, (well it does for me in Vancouver, BC today anyway - yesterday we were at the top of page 2.). And yes, I switched to Google.com from Google Canada. We're number one for that term on Google.ca, so I worry less about that.
Now on Yahoo Canada we're number 6 in the organic results, but on Yahoo.com we're stuck way the heck back on page 4 of the results. What gives?

Graphics & Design Discussion Forum Help With Buying Menus
I am looking for an application to create menus for websites. Here is what I am looking for.
1) Menus to be placed both on text or image.
2) With different drop down effects
3) Both vertical and horizontal
4) Should be controllable dynamically till the Nth level.
5) Browser compatibility is a must (IE 6, 7 and Mozilla)
6) Easy implementation
and any more helpful features....
I am ready to buy such an application from a website, but I am not able to search for a good one. Can I have some advice.

Search Engine Optimization Forum Good Enough To SEO?
I have recently taken up freelance writing with an SEO bent. As I get into it, I realize that I have much more SEO skill than I was previously giving myself credit for. I have only done a few websites, but the one website that I worked with was extensive. I have also been around since 1996, and I know what works, what doesn't, what gets you banned, etc.
I do not have a Google engineer on speed dial (I actually heard on a podcast that if you don't have this on your phone you weren't possibly a good SEO expert - which seemed mildly insane to me but you can confirm or deny), I do not have excellent relationships with quality websites that will just drop links on their PR 5 sites at my beck and call, and I don't have a background in computer science - just practical experience.
