Our featured post today comes from finditmalta, who needs help optimizing a site. Rankings are decent but the client wants to be number 1 for each keyword.  What More Can I Do To Optimize This Site?
I am trying to optimize a site for a client of mine, but i honestly can't figure out what more i can do... his rankings are decent but the client wants to be number 1 for each keyword he has targeted... Now I told him there is no way i can promise this he is still pushing me, and i want to know if there is anything i can do to push up his usage and rankings
The company provides yacht agency and yacht brokerage services in malta and whats to be first for the following keyords:
along with any other word that has to do with these words

Head Spinning, eCommerce Solution Regret?
My business partner and I are brand new to ecommerce, and our goal from the beginning has been to have a site that is clean, easy to navigate, secure, excellent SEO, and relatively easy for a newbie to learn how to operate and update without needing a degree.
Simply because we were overwhelmed with the amount of information out there, we settled on Network Solutions' pro ecommerce package, but since I stumbled on a post by a user who also has stores with Yahoo and Volusion (where he basically said his bounce rate is abysmal with NS to the point where he is considering dropping them altogether), I have been scouring the web for information, reviews and forums such as this to help get some perspective.
Can I get some opinions on "starter" ecommerce solutions? Should I stick with Network Solutions, or is it a bygone conclusion that they only have the ecommerce solution packages because they are "Network Solutions"? Can I get more for my money elsewhere?

If I have 301 redirected the non www. version (business-trader.com.au) to the www. version (Businesses for Sale - Buy & Sell Australian Business for Sale), is there any need for me to inlcude absolute links on my pages?

Huge Problem With My Site
K im a major noob to the whole web design field, i learned how to code in html back in high school, LOOOOONG time ago well only 5 years ago but i wasnt good then and not now apparently. Lotta stuff changed since then. Basically though i have a huge problem that ive been trying to fix with very little knowledge. This is like trying to build a house with only the experience of living in one.

Theres the site, big problem is that it displays PERFECTLY in Mozilla FireFox, but in IE its got a HUGE gap of space. IM ripping out the hairs on my head googling this problem looking for a quick fix and this is my last resort. I really hope someone can help me. Thanks in advance for your suggestions, help, flamming.
