WebProWorld Members,

Did you all have a good weekend? I went home for the first time in a few months. Got to see my little brother walk, and I threw my big brother a wedding shower. Funny huh? Wedding showers take quite a bit of work when you invite a lot of people, I am glad it is over with!

Thanks to you all who participated in the "Caption For This Pic" post last week. We got some funny answers. :)

Our featured post today comes from watto, who says his site dropped over the weekend from page 1 to page 4 in Google for his main phrase 'business for sale'. Watto has no idea this has happened. If you can help, click here!

As for the remaining three post, the first wants to know if inbound links can really hurt you. The second needs some Google Analytics help. And the third wants to know what you think about the Paypal and unsafe browser issue.

Search Engine Position Drop!
Search Engine Position Drop!

My site Businesses for Sale - Buy & Sell Australian Business for Sale has dropped over the weekend from page 1 to page 4 in Google for my main phrase 'business for sale'. My rankings in Google have also dropped from position 2 to position 7 for the same term.

I have no idea why this has happened. I have been holding these positon for over 1 year and now this. I am very concerned. The only thing different I have done that I can think of is the fact that I added 2 more featured businesses for sale at the bottom of my homepage.

Could this have affected my se results?

Site for Review http://bublit.com/

I would like some feedback on my company's site. It is a web 2.0 service in beta, that allows the user to upload images from their browser, or mobile. I would like to know if you have any problems with the usability, design, and well anything that comes to mind.

Can Inbound Links Really Hurt You?

If during my years of link building i happened to have established links on "bad URLs" will this have an adverse effect on my site?

I have just changed my signature to include a couple of friends sites but I'm conscious that 300 links have just appeared on the WPW forum. Will this have an adverse effect? I cant see how this can possibly be the case as my competitors could cause me serious damage by such methods?

Paypal & Unsafe Browser Issue

In recent times , Paypal has said it will block "unsafe browsers" from using its service as part of wider anti-phishing efforts.

Well this will surely reduce the phishing of accounts and I think Paypal has really taken the right decision because the web now really needs to be secured. But what do they mean by unsafe browsers?I think they are talking about some old browsers like Internet Explorer( 3 or 4-which still lacks many of the safety and security features needed to protect users from phishing) which is still used by some people.
