Did you all have a good weekend? Once again, I didn't get to go to Keeneland because the weather was bad. I will make it there one of these days, and hopefully I will win a lot of money! I usually don't win too big but it is still fun to get out there and be social. In a couple weeks, the whole iEntry company gets to go have fun at Keeneland... which means half a day off. Can't beat that! ;)
Our featured post today comes from ratanfx, who wants to know why "cached" is removed from SERPs? Ratanfx says his site was doing good (ranking well in Google SERP's), and suddenly it was dropped and not showing cached snapshot of the listed pages Do you know what's happened? Click here!
As for the remaining three post, the first needs help with Flash video. The second has a question about a strange link. And the third needs help with backlinks.

 Website Cache Removed?
Why "Cached" is removed from SERP?
It was doing good(Ranking well in Google SERP's).
Suddenly, it was dropped and not showing cached snapshot of the listed pages.
I found SE's were removed the Cache of the website.
Any Reasons, Guess or Suggestions!!!

Using Cue Points In Flash Video
I've got a big job to do in Flash. Something I'm not brilliant at! Maybe someone could help by giving me a step by step guide to do the following:
I will be given 8 .flv files by a video company.
I need to create a flash presentation with these 8 video files appearing on top right of the screen (talking head 320 x 240 ish).
The other area of the screen will need to show graphics, either an image - or words floating across the screen, etc. a bit like news backdrops, just representing the speaker in the video.
Coming from a Macromedia Director background and using that terminology, I guess I will need to add cue points/keyframes into the video and then Hi - I' ve got a big job to do in Flash. Something I'm not brilliant at!

Link Utility Found Strange Link in My Blog
In my WP blog theme, I have a link that NetMechanic found and called "200" link.
It is located in the Header of the source code. I copied it and pasted into my address bar and it leads to a massive "built for AdSense" site. I hate those things! No Info just links to more links to even more links and seems to have a never ending amount of links with ad variations of link filled pages depending on which section of links you'd click through. Uggh!

Old Sites Good For Backlinks?
I wanted to know... what if i bought a old website say with a pr of 4 and say 2000 backlinks and the name was something music.com so it was based on music and the backlinks were for music and I wanted to change the site into a site for something else but with the same name... would the backlinks still be worth anything would your new themed site start way down in serps?
