WebProWorld Members,
So, I found out the other day (April 1) that I was going to be an aunt!... I thought my brother was just pranking me since it was April Fool's Day. But, turns out it's real and I am excited! This one will make the 9th kid, under the age of 8, on one side of my family. Our holidays and gatherings are crazy with all those kids running around, they're always getting into some kind of mischief... but I guess it makes it pretty entertaining! Are any of you from a big family?
Our featured post today comes from calmdesign, who needs help deciding between a link building campaign or Google Adwords campaign. Currently, his sites are at pages 2 and 7, and the question now is what to do to get them moving up? Offer your advice here!
As for the remaining three post, the first wonders about buying an expired domain name. The second has questions about submitting to directories. And the third needs meta tag description help.

Link Building vs Google Adwords
I recently took on a new client which had 2 sites: a van hire site (van hire Cardiff) and a van sales site (new van sales). After redesigning and redeveloping the sites, the hire site went from page 8 to page 2 in Google for their preferred keyword phrase and the sales site went from page 25 to page 7. The van sales site is a more competitive market as it is nationwide.
The situation that i now face is that the site seem to be sitting pretty on page 2 and 7, and the question now is what to do to get them moving up. My initial thought was that I should begin link building campaigns, which my client is happy to pay for, but i was wondering how that would compare to if they paid the equivalent monthly sum (let's say for argument sake £150 a month) to a Google Adword campaign. From my experience, I know that adword campaigns have a knock on effect on organic listings, but i'm interested to hear what the folks here think about this scenario.
