WebProWorld Members,

I was searching through WebProWorld today, and found an interesting post in the Breakroom forum. They start talking about the Zeno's dichotomy paradox. If you run toward a wall and you go half the distance to the wall, then half again, and so on and so on. Will you ever reach the wall? But when you continue to subdivide space over and over, do you ever actually hit the wall? Check out this post to find the answer.

Our featured post today comes from Linknz. He tells us about Microsoft's new Webspider. His search engines spider was built in the ability to find and measure a little over seven hundred different faults. It only takes them a few minutes to complete but it would help inexperienced webmasters to learn a lot about their site.

As for the remaining posts, the first debates page rank and more importantly "REAL" page rank. The next post has a question about PHPBB forum, and how to add a 'latest posts' section. Our final post today asks what are the basic necessities to optimize a video related site?

Microsoft New Webspider

Microsoft New Webspider
Microsoft have just dropped the latest bombshell and that is the new "All singing and dancing!" webspider that will now be rooting around your websites and hosts.

My search engines spider has built in the ability to find and measure a little over seven hundred different faults and we do allow folks to send us an email with the domains details and then we fully test it and let the owner know the results we have found.

It only takes us a few minutes to complete but it would help heaps of inexperienced webmasters to learn an awful lot.

Our email for asking for a site to be tested should be simply sent to webtest@linknz.co.nz giving the domains details.

We don't charge for this as it's classed as staff training, so if you do have a fault they we will always do our best at the Linknz search engine.

I've started a new site called www.uugold.cn - freebies |free stuff|free host|free music|free domain|free games|free samples for freebies ,free stuff etc. Does the home page sufficiently convince people to go further into the site? Could you give me some feedback or suggestion. Thanks very much!

Real PR

Having unwittingly got myself into a heated debate recently, regarding pagerank and more importantly "REAL" page rank (not the pagerank displayed in google toolbar) I was wondering could the pro's help out us newbies and tell us:

1. How/Where to find out the "REAL" (most accurate/recent) PageRank for a site

2. Why google toolbar is WAY out.
