1. Upon Acceptance of your BID ...

The first part of your purchase price is payable on acceptance of your offer by Cashclicking.com, once payment has been made to to ESCROW.COM this should be released to Cashclicking.com on the escrow.com website. Cashclicking.com will supply the successful bidder access to the buyers area to complete their purchase on the escrow.com site. If the 1st installment is not received within 14 days, Cashclicking reserves the right to place the site up for Auction once again and accept further bids by third parties.

2. Admin Access ...

Upon release of the 2nd installment to ESCROW.COM, access will be given to site admin and we will commence showing you how to run the admin. You will have full access at top level to the admin and in time will be responsible for running all the admin.
