Default Considering Sale of TheSuperlancers.Com Domain and Website...?

Hi Guys-

As some of you may know, we run two freelance marketplaces. One is a niche marketplace, geared towards web and graphic design projects only (illustration, flash, logos, templates, et al), and the other is a general "all-around" marketplace (like RentaCoder, etc.). Generating activity in one is a consuming, full-time job alongside all of our other sites, so we've been going with the idea of selling one off. In this case, it would be TheSuperlancers.

First off, we've been buying and selling websites for what I consider a long time (2001, as the Rai Internet Real Estate Group; RAIRE) and helped establish some of the good-business consistencies in Internet real estate long before it was in practice. We believe in a good sale and even offer running support after the sale. We also believe in full disclosure. Usually, our sites are transferred (transplated) to new ownership within 2-12 hours.

So here's the case with TheSuperlancers -- let me know if anyone here would be interested and, if the offer looks good, we can make the sale.

TheSuperlancers.com is a general all-around freelance marketplace. It currently runs on the Freelancers script from SmarterScripts to which we own the license as well as a resellers license for this software (purchased for auctions, long ago). We started up the site last December, and it currently has around 100 real accounts (several are our own and were used for testing and posting). Here are the finer points of the site:

- TheSuperlancers has generated interest and a user base, but it has not generated enough "webmasters" to make a sale / income. Currently our programmer to webmaster ratio is around 5:1. At this time, TheSuperlancers would be making commissions of closed projects and is currently set up to allow free postings and bids (with or without a balance) and charges %5 and %8 (for webmasters and programmers, respectively) after a successful project close directly from the user's account. For an example of how a site like this site runs, see ScriptLance (.com).

- Traffic from TheSuperlancers mainly comes from directory listings, blog comments, forum signatures and posts, and search engines. It has been submitted to hundreds of directories and niche directories (by hand), as well as DMOZ, Google Sitemaps, and several other places. These can all be confirmed.

- It currently ranks within the first 1-3 pages on Google for most keyword phrases relating to freelancing, web design, freelance marketplace, et al.

- It is currently out-of-the-sandbox and is a PR1 site (or the home page is, rather. There may be pages with higher PR within the site, but as we're running multiple sites like this one, it has not been checked)

- Right now, it is fairly automatic. However, we don't believe in paid advertising. *lol Someone who has any sort of an advertising budget should be able to make this site skyrocket. It's brandable, memorable, and well designed.

After sale, you would own the domain name, the branding, the user base, and everything contained within the site. We would also typically do a press release plus distribution to cover the change of hands in ownership (or not, if preferred; some new owners prefer a transparent sale).

We'd also be on-hand for up to 30 days to work with you through any questions or problems and help you understand the setup and software if need be.

We don't expect an incredibly huge offer on the site, due to its newness on the market, but are open to fair offers. A lot of work has been put into this site, and though I expect that anyone with an advertising budget (of any sort -- remember, we don't believe in paid ads; only elbow-grease and footwork) could lift TheSuperlancers to higher ground, we would again consider fair offers for the site.

If anyone is interested, please let me know; we can communicate through the forums, you can PM me, we can talk over the phone or Skype.
