Hi can you please provide some more details about your site that from where u have taken the domain and which hosting u are using whether its layered or Cpanel hosting and which plan you have taken and while selling the site whether you will upgrade the domain and hosting for the next year or not and the main thing how much you are earning from your site, and in which way and whats your daily page view and whats the daily unique visitors to your site etc......

over 2000 page views a day
Google ads was making roughly $4 a day and growing.
I will pay to keep it hosted for 2 years.
Its hosted by tcaservers at the moment and has unlimited bandwidth .
I have a database of over 114 clients and get about 2 a day registering and growing.
This site can also be supplied with a gaming clan and server for cod4 which i run at the moment and is ranked 198 in the world and 18th in England. It gets a lot of interest. There has been over 5000 unique players on it.
